Marchmont Investment Management, represented by FSP, has recently completed the acquisition of three prime parcel hubs located in Birmingham, Manchester and Thatcham.
The properties are all located in key logistics locations and comprise purpose-built parcel hub distribution units extending to a total of 99,580 sqft.
The units were sold by sale and leaseback by DHL Parcel UK Ltd for terms of 5 years from completion of the transaction. The tenant has an option to break the leases on the 3rd anniversary of the terms.
The portfolio was acquired for £10,300,000.
Marchmont Investment Management simultaneously completed the sub-sale of Thatcham to Urban Logistics REIT as part of the transaction.
